Worked for 20 mins on Holst. This time i practiced "Song withwords". Although i don't have the melody in this piece Mr. Stevenson said this movement was crucial to the rest of the song. This movement is pretty simple for second clarinet. The only thing I'm working on is playing high notes in pp. I have a tendancy to want to play loud with high notes. I'm finding though that I lose substance when I play quietly so more work is still needed.
