Today, I practiced Carmina Burana. This piece isn't as challenging as others we have played. The part I'm having a little bit of trouble with is the moving eighth notes on bar 93. After practice, I can play it with the right fingerings and up to tempo. This same part come up again at bar 138 so I am trying to perfect it. The rest of the piece I played through with almost no stops or mistakes. The only other thing I am struggling with is playing this piece through without tiring out my lips by the end because that effects the quality of my playing. I figure practice will improve this.
